湖南衡陽縣井頭鎮(zhèn)作為礦產(chǎn)資源富集區(qū)，長(zhǎng)期面臨石材加工廢料堆積難題。為響應(yīng)綠色循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)號(hào)召，當(dāng)?shù)匾肜杳髦毓と字悄苎b備，打造年處理300萬噸廢石廢料的環(huán)保制砂生產(chǎn)線，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源再生與生態(tài)保護(hù)雙贏。
規(guī)模化處理能力 采用黎明重工PE750×1060顎破、HPT500多缸圓錐破與2臺(tái)VSI6X1263制砂機(jī)組成三級(jí)破碎系統(tǒng)，配合洗砂脫水設(shè)備，實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)產(chǎn)500噸、成品砂質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的好的生產(chǎn)，每年可轉(zhuǎn)化廢料300萬噸。
生產(chǎn)線將花崗巖等廢料轉(zhuǎn)化為更好機(jī)制砂，有效緩解礦區(qū)環(huán)境壓力；閉環(huán)水處理系統(tǒng)確保生產(chǎn)全程粉塵、污水達(dá)標(biāo)，重塑礦區(qū)生態(tài)面貌。
黎明重工VSI6X制砂機(jī)采用"石打石"與"石打鐵"復(fù)合模式，成品砂級(jí)配連續(xù)、細(xì)度模數(shù)可控；智能控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)破碎比、能耗等參數(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化，綜合能耗較傳統(tǒng)設(shè)備降低約18%。
