一、項目基本情況
湖南株洲年產(chǎn)600萬噸砂石項目位于茶陵縣虎踞鎮(zhèn)洣水河沿岸，占地39,991平方米，由公司統(tǒng)一運營管理。作為株洲市重點建設(shè)的現(xiàn)代化砂石生產(chǎn)基地，項目采用"總體規(guī)劃、分期建設(shè)"模式，其中一期工程年產(chǎn)200萬噸，全部建成后將形成600萬噸的年生產(chǎn)能力。

三、生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)配置
項目主體生產(chǎn)線包括四大工段：
粗碎工段：配備2臺PEW760歐版顎式破碎機，最大處理能力800噸/小時
中碎工段：配置2臺HPT多缸液壓圓錐破，實現(xiàn)物料中細(xì)碎處理
制砂工段：布局4臺VSI6X1263制砂機，確保成品砂粒形優(yōu)良
篩分工段：采用多層圓振動篩，精準(zhǔn)分級不同規(guī)格產(chǎn)品
