緬甸時產120噸花崗巖混凝土制砂生產線
緬甸某企業為了配套混凝土生產，選擇世邦工業K系列移動破碎站，加工花崗巖，綜合時產120噸左右。花崗巖由顎破移動站上的振動給料機給料進入PE600*900顎式破碎機進行初破，經1860振動篩篩分后部分物料進入HPC220圓錐破移動站破碎篩分得到4種成品骨料。移動破碎站配置靈活，投入成本低；工程周期短，地基建設少，方便后期轉移。
工藝流程
原料先通過YG938E69移動設備上的震動給料機進入PE69進行初級破碎，經過初級加工后的物料通過皮帶機傳送到第二臺移動設備Y3S1860HPC220，同前列條皮帶機先輸送物料到Y3S1860進行初級篩分，較大的物料用HPC220圓錐破進行二級破碎，用皮帶機把破碎后的物料輸送到皮帶機上，再由皮帶機輸送到篩子上繼續篩分出成品料。
