幾萬(wàn)人的塔甸鎮(zhèn)是位于云南玉溪的資源小鎮(zhèn)，擁有富饒的森林和礦產(chǎn)資源，2017年建設(shè)的石灰石砂石生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)出的骨料用于高速公路橋梁工程，助力峨山基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)。PE900*1200顎式破碎機(jī)初破，2臺(tái)PFW1315反擊式破碎機(jī)細(xì)碎，經(jīng)2臺(tái)圓振動(dòng)篩篩分，綜合時(shí)產(chǎn)400噸左右。

生產(chǎn)工藝流程
振動(dòng)給料：
大塊石灰石由GZD1300×4900振動(dòng)給料機(jī)均勻送入顎式破碎機(jī)。
初級(jí)破碎（粗碎）：
PE900×1200顎式破碎機(jī)（優(yōu)化深腔設(shè)計(jì)，處理能力220-450t/h）
破碎后物料由皮帶輸送機(jī)運(yùn)送至下更好破碎。
二級(jí)破碎（細(xì)碎）：
2臺(tái)PFW1315Ⅲ歐版反擊破（重型轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)，成品粒形好）
破碎后物料進(jìn)入篩分系統(tǒng)。
篩分分級(jí)：
2臺(tái)4YZS2460圓振動(dòng)篩（好的篩分，抗堵料）
合格料（0-5、5-10、10-20、20-31.5mm）直接輸出
超規(guī)格料（>31.5mm）返回反擊破循環(huán)破碎（閉路系統(tǒng)提高成品率）
