生產工藝流程
振動給料：
大塊石灰石由GZD1300×4900振動給料機均勻送入顎式破碎機。
初級破碎（粗碎）：
PE900×1200顎式破碎機（優化深腔設計，處理能力220-450t/h）
破碎后物料由皮帶輸送機運送至下更好破碎。
二級破碎（細碎）：
2臺PFW1315Ⅲ歐版反擊破（重型轉子結構，成品粒形好）
破碎后物料進入篩分系統。
篩分分級：
2臺4YZS2460圓振動篩（好的篩分，抗堵料）
合格料（0-5、5-10、10-20、20-31.5mm）直接輸出
超規格料（>31.5mm）返回反擊破循環破碎（閉路系統提高成品率）
成品應用：
多規格骨料用于混凝土攪拌站、瀝青攪拌站、路基鋪設等。
